random thoughts...

well i have gotten some music to review...i am just finding it really hard...i think my brain will not accept any music past the 90s... i mean, yeah, i dig like 30 seconds to mars and queens of the stone age and white stripes, just to name a few...but it is so hard listening to the same thing for over 15 years, but it wont leave my brain...i allow my 10 year old to listen to her pop station on the way home from skool, but it wont register as something i need to run out and buy...i just need like a 90s revival..i guess that wont happen for another 20 years or so...generation x will be copied by angst filled teens who want to rebel, like the hippies that still exist...hey, i got sucked into the 60s when i was back in high skool, so i am not the best person to talk to relating that...i have decided for the time being, i am just going to point out little things that may get to my head, and i want to share with you...hope you can find something interesting or lame, whatever the case may be...im a dork at heart...

  1. Hey Hel,

Check out Matador Records website. They've put out a lot of new, good stuff the past 10 years.

    Talk to you later,

    Chris

  2. Yeah, Matador is cool. So is Jetset Records. I recommend the following bands that came out after the "godlen age" of the 90's. I'm sure you've heard hem already, but just in case you haven't:
